Spicy Garlic Dill Asparagus

Seasonal Ontario asparagus has a very short window of availability.  That is why we’ve pickled it with garlic and fresh dill to be enjoyed year round! These are great on burgers, in salads, with charcuterie boards, on sandwiches but are glorious in Caesar drinks!

Ingredients: Ontario asparagus, fresh Ontario dill, garlic, white vinegar, cane sugar, dill seed, mustard seed, peppercorns, sea salt, hot pepper flakes.
