Rhubarb Orange Jam

250 ml

This is what we like to call our 'local marmalade'.  Made with rhubarb and freshly squeezed orange  juice, this jam is both tart and zingy! Great on cream cheese and crackers, on shortbread or with yogurt.

Ingredients: Ontario rhubarb, cane sugar, orange juice, orange zest, fruit pectin.
